The leadership team of this business had successfully steered the organisation to be rated as first in their field. With an ethos of continuous improvement, the team wanted to ensure that great became exceptional.
Referencing best practice thinking – the team was first asked to complete an assessment based on the 5 dysfunctions of team performance as well as engage in pre reading around innovative thinking and business success. In an all day workshop, morning activities and discussion were focused on improving specific aspects of team performance. The afternoon session shifted to examine innovation. Using some proprietary tools and frameworks - an engaging ideation session ensued.
The day resulted in 2 concrete initiatives which were taken into the business for further development. With a NPS of 9.7 – a highly engaging and productive day was reinforced.
